- Advising on the digitization of applications, processes and workflows,
- Planning and documentation of the concepts and required procedures,
- Support for customers and control of all phases of project implementation (Project or program management),
- Planning, consulting and implementation of the project-accompanying quality management,
- Development and implementation of the infrastructure architecture including the already existing and used IT systems,
- Transfer of the systems into operation and close monitoring of the application life cycle,
- Creation and consolidation of the required documentation (architecture documents, software documentation, installation and operating documents, user manuals),
- Establishment and, if necessary, assumption of operational support and IT support (in particular 1st and 2nd level) and organization of a 3rd level support involving the relevant suppliers,
- Virtualization of applications, systems or entire infrastructures e.g. with VMware,
- Planning, setup and operating the required monitoring (metrics, applications, APM, MaaS).
- Project management and quality management for all customer projects that derive from this work as well,
- Interim management if positions in the projects that are suitable for our customers are not filled or can not be filled at short term.
